Returns Policy

GoGreenTonerandInk.com wants to ensure you are completely happy with each and every purchase made.  As such we offer the following returns policies:

1.        Special order, discontinued and final clearance items may not be returned.  No returns accepted for non-compatibility issues nor for opened software, unless defective.

2.        Short shipments must be reported within 48 hours after the order is received.

3.        If the return is a result of a GoGreenTonerandInk.com  error, a credit will be issued and goods may be returned to us freight collect.  All errors must be reported within 7 days of shipping date in order to receive credit; goods must be returned within 14 days of shipping date.

4.        Where the return is not the result of a GoGreenTonerandInk.com  error, a 25% restocking charge may be applied.

5.      All product returns (with the exception of defective goods) must be in resalable condition, properly packaged and free of all markings, stickers, damage, etc.

6.     All returns must be authorized by a GoGreenTonerandInk.com  Customer Care Specialist and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.  To receive an RMA number GoGreenTonerandInk.com  requires your account number, invoice number and applicable item code.  Please put the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box(es) being returned.  Merchandise being returned without the approved RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused.

7.     All shipments are inspected and leave  GoGreenTonerandInk.com  in good condition.  Please carefully inspect crushed or damaged cartons for concealed damage or missing pieces.  Boards and metal products are prone to freight damage.  Buyer must ensure that cartons are opened and inspected before the carrier waybill is signed.

8.     Any pricing errors or discrepancies on your invoices must be reported to GoGreenTonerandInk.com  within the time limit discussed above for product errors.  Credits to your account will be processed as quickly as possible following examination of all pertinent information provided.

 

To have an RMA number issued for a return, please contact us at RMA@gogreentonerandink.com .

  • You will be emailed with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or contacted if more information is needed.
  • Please note that shipping fees for returns are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified above.
  • Return Shipments must be sent to GoGreenTonerandInk.com , 2304 Harvard Ave., Independence, MO 64052.
  • Within 5 days of receipt of the item, we will advise you by email that the item has been received and that your credit card has been credited.  Although credits are issued immediately upon acceptance of returned items at our warehouse, it may take 1 or 2 billing cycles before the credit appears on your credit card statement.
All products are sold under manufacturer warranty.  Please contact the product manufacturer for more details.  Be sure to fill out and return all product warranty registration cards immediately to ensure being able to obtain the manufacturer's warranty.
